Out of the Blue comes at you from all directions; jazz, cabaret, a dash of funk, standards from latin to pop, and a sky full of original tunes that rock, jump, and slither straight from heaven into your heart. Beth Wells fronts the band with a vocal style that covers the bases from jazz scat to sultry country. The band is filled out with Andy Barnett on keyboards and the occasional trumpet riff, Gene Brown on drums, and Peter Weissman on bass. These friends have been playing together for years, and it shows. Tight, joyfull, all about the music, Out of the Blue keeps the good times flying high.
