...The third band, the Dean rocked harder than I would have ever expected. It was about as hard as anything could be and still be considered rock music. The riffs seemed to grab the audience, as they should. The solos brought their songs to new heights. The vocals could baredly be heard, not because they were quiet, but because my ears were ringing so much from the guitar. The between-song commentary was funny, although they failed to tell any actual jokes. One of the members may or may not have deserved the loud, seemingly sarchastic, "You $&%@&! suck!" that one of them got when he tried to tell an unrehearsed joke. If he did deserve it , it was only for the joke, because the music was awesome.
