| A Local emo-indie-punk goes acoustic compilation The Acoustic Comp is a compilation of fifteen emo, punk, and indie songs played “unplugged” by nine Humboldt County bands/artists, plus one guest artist from San Francisco. All of the recording and production was done in a home studio in Eureka, CA. This compilation offers a unique perspective for fans of these excellent local musicians and gives new listeners reason to support local music. Recording began in early 2004, so some of these bands have since broken up. These recordings are being released exclusively on The Acoustic Comp. |
