Brooks Otis (Musician) | |
Brooks' regular gig is clarinet and tenor sax with the Horn Band. He has played pedal steel and dobro with Swingshift, and banjo and fiddle with Fickle Hill. He is also frequently found gigging at Arts Alive in Arcata, and is a board member at the Humboldt Folklife Society and the Humboldt Arts Council. Brooks is a walking library of Humboldt music history and of old-timey music. He is also responsible for the luxuriant flowers that adorn Wildwood's storefront. Brooks works on Saturdays and Sundays. |
