You (yes, you) can learn easy
techniques for volume, range and emotional expression - without hurting your
vocal cords! My techniques are suitable for ALL music styles. I’m UCLA-trained
and have taught fun lessons for all ages since 1975. I’ve written and recorded
dozens of original songs (listen to
sample songs below). To discover more about my albums, click the magnifying glass icon to the left of my songs below (“Story
Behind the Song”).
I also teach guitar, world
percussion, songwriting, keyboard, music healing and public speaking. Do you
play some other instrument? I can help you play better with body mechanics, ear
training and other skills needed for any instrument.
I accept Humboldt Community
Currency or U.S. currency. Barter and
partial scholarships are sometimes possible. Day, evening and weekend times are
available. Email me (click Contact at top or below)
and include your phone number.

Hope showcases me, Jimmy Foot, Seabury
Gould, Ellen Weiss and other local musicians (age 10-85). We performed inspiring
soft-rock and folk songs about peace and nature. The “CD Extra” on-disc Word
files feature amazing true stories of hope, as well as info about non-profit
humanitarian and progressive groups.
Wild Again is “a shamanic sometimes
comic journey of the Heart.” The styles range from jazz to pop to alternative.
Reviewers: “Cindee has a gorgeous singing voice… a versatile musician… healing
humor shines throughout… cherishing personal and planetary healing, recovering
the joy of life!”
Songs of the Goddess celebrates
nature-based spirituality with a women’s band playing reggae, Latin and other
contemporary styles. Merlin Stone, Kay Gardner, Z Budapest and other notables
proclaimed the album as “pure good humor and very upbeat. Don’t miss this
collection! ... her rhythms set toes to tapping and her lyrics lighten the
heart…” The Canadian Broadcasting Corporation featured the song “Aphrodite” and
me in their series Return of the Goddess.

look forward to hearing from you!
